Aziel Nunez 'life has been deeply influenced by empathy, leadership, and patience. Born to Evangelical missionaries, his childhood and adolescence were enriched by diverse cultural and spiritual experiences in Mexico City, San Diego, Redlands, Madrid, and Chicago.

Educational Journey and Career Path

Rooted in his spiritual heritage, he chose to explore Political Science and Religion at Colgate University, earning a BA. His academic journey continued with an MDiv from Yale University and a DMin in Transformational Leadership from Boston University, reflecting his unquenchable thirst for knowledge.

Post-academia, he dedicated himself to pastoral work in several Hispanic non-denominational congregations across Massachusetts, New York, and South Carolina. His commitment to education as a transformative force also led him to an Adjunct Instructor role at Tri-County Technical College, where he worked to uplift underprivileged communities and support marginalized groups.

Specific areas of expertise characterize his professional life. He is a staunch advocate for using education as a means of empowerment. His work has significantly impacted marginalized communities, focusing on the development of students, first-century Judaism, and the Sociology of Religion. His 11-year tenure as a parish pastor has been instrumental in shaping his role as a transformational leader in both academic and pastoral spheres.
